Bejeweled is one of the most popular casual games of all time. Everyone whose ever used a computer almost has played or seen someone play Bejeweled. The popularity is overwhelming and the game just got even better with it’s recent iteration of Bejeweled for the iPhone, Bejeweled 2.
On the graphics side, Bejeweled 2 iPhone game doesn’t bring anything to the table. The graphics are very simple and the user interface has barely changed at all. This is somewhat disappointing as with games like these I personally get bored with the user interface after a while and would like to see something new come from PopCap Games in terms of graphics and UI.
New game modes have been added including Power Gems and Hyper Cubes, two games that are sure to make the game much more intense and bring some replay value to an already addicting game.
This Bejeweled 2 version however does feature one more very cool addition which is the ability to play the game in landscape and portrait mode which should give users much more freedom in choosing the best way for them to pick and choose their jewels at the fastest rate.
Bejeweled 2 game for iPhone and iPod Touch is a great deal at $2.99 and as one of the most popular games on the platform is sure to provide way to many hours of fun instead of being productive.
